I like coming here the food is good but had a bad experience on Tuesday 6/2 for taco day me and my friends got there at 6pm and it took over an hour to get our food and all we had was tacos and there was only 3 other people in there when we got there and they were not eating the bartender was friendly but here service was not the best if this happens again I will no longer come here sorry but this is totally unacceptable

Amazing place with great food, great drinks, reasonably priced, and very clean inside. The homemade chips are the BEST! Don’t skip the bloody Mary’s.

wow , dollar tacos arent even worth it , wish i could post a pic , tiny bit of meet , bunch of lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese. pretty much a small salad in a shell........

Good food and service
We first visited Bay City Bill’s for the E-HPS Band fundraiser. Even though we live just about a half mile away, we had never been there before.
The service was great and the food was even better. They had a wings and fries deal that night, and both were absolutely delicious. We usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings every Thursday for BOGO, but after trying Bay City Bill’s, this will be our new Thursday tradition instead. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Dead fly in appetizer. Not mad, it happens. Didn't want main course immediately after a fly got in the fryer grease, but was willing to pay for drinks. Eye rolls and cold shoulders.
Disappointing reaction to what I considered reasonable compromise. Save yourself the trouble and go to Barneys down the road.

I'd leave 0 stars but that isn't an option. Not only is the food terrible AT BEST, but the customer service proves even worse. Bartenders aggressive and unresponsive. Will not be returning. Food sucks, service is worse, save money and go to a local dumpster instead.
