Been meaning* to review this gem, but wanted to get as many names of the baristas as possible. From the owner to all of the ladies who work there, they’re phenomenal!
Tori, Greenlee, Alena, Morgan, Morgen, Maddie (not sure of the spelling), Kay, Jaisa, Quinn, Sarah, and everyone else is so patient, kind, and awesome! They have a blast making drinks, and it creates a warm, welcoming environment for everyone. The excellent drinks are just a bonus (their fluffy cloud cold brew with extra cold foam, lots of oatmilk, and extra flavor hits the spot, but my family all has their favorite drinks—most of which the baristas remember)!
Usually, they have specials, which is a nice perk.
In these days with technology zombie wastelands and minimal human interactions, Biggby sets itself apart for the better.
(Please be patient with them. They make drinks as quickly as possible, but normally there are only 3-4 people working and it’s already a tight space as it is behind the counter and while they make the most of the square footage, it’s challenging when mobs of people come in for a drink—especially on Wednesdays…they will give you your drink as soon as possible, even if takes a little bit of your time. They’re not slow. There’s just a lot of orders that come in both in person and for delivery/mobile.)

We go to this place every week for coffee. Regular dark Roast not so hard. Not only do your employees not know your own coffee, but they are rude when i confirm the order and are unapologetic. Today was the same, i actually apologized to them for wasting their time when they screwed up my order. What I got in return was rudeness. Even if your distracted, how hard is it to make coffee and to show some customer service. Not coming back.

Please don’t let your baristas come in whenever they feel like out of dress code, licking their fingers while they make themself their own personal drink and skip the line of customers waiting for their drinks. Clearly it was this lady’s day off and she felt it was okay to come behind the bar and do whatever she wanted on the floor. Any other coffee shop this would be a write up. It was really unsettling to watch as a fellow barista of a different store. The elderly lady behind us also complained to the workers and i watched this off duty barista go to her car and mock the lady to whoever was in the car. Completely unacceptable behavior. I come to this store weekly with my friends and I have never seen such entitlement

This is our favorite Biggby! Everyone here is wonderful! I have multiple severe food allergies and this location is excellent about keeping those of us with allergies safe! If they don’t know whether a syrup or item is safe they read out all the ingredients or hold up the bottle for us to read to ensure we won’t become sick. I really appreciate this as the allergies I have are in a lot of unexpected foods and drinks. Super appreciate you all!
Starbucks across the street has repeatedly made me sick by not reading the directions for the drinks. That doesn’t happen here!
Pumpkin flavor is WAY better here than anywhere else!

It's a very nice place and the people are nice too. A little slow on the service. No complaint. Just being honest. They have really good specials also and they post them so that you can take advantage of them. That is an absolute plus.

Ordered two cold drinks. Did not receive any straws, no straws available at self-serve station. Upon requesting straws, worker told me that I was just going to have to wait with attitude. No other customers in store, a door Dasher who was present and just got their order before me apologize for the rudeness. Won't be back here the Freeland one at least as friendly staff.
