Glad we finally have one in Bay City. However over half of the times I have been in there I am in there in there for 30-40 minutes just waiting on my drink even when it's not that busy. My drink is also usually made incorrectly sadly.

After coming here 10 plus times I will have to say that as much as I love biggby this location is the absolute slowest. Orders are not served in order and it always seems like the right half of the staff doesn't know what the other half is making. They also tend to make 1 drink on a multiple drink order and never have all of them ready at 5he same time. Hopefully with time the service will be more efficient but without a drive through I tend to visit the competitor across the street due to the slow service and lack of communication.

I love Biggby, but this location is just plain broken. Orders aren't made FIFO, and on multiple occasions I've had to ask to get my food made. The staff doesn't seem to operate in a cohesive fashion which appears to cause confusion. I sincerely hope they get their inefficiencies resolved.
