My order was a to go order. Country fried steak with no white gravy. I asked for Brown gravy. My potatoes had brown gravy but the meat had white gravy. This is the second time this has happened. They weren't busy so no excuse. The everything breakfast had biscuits not toast as I requested. I guess somebody is not doing their job.
My husband placed a curbside order that said it would be ready at 8:35 he arrived at 8:30p when he got home with our order which they had right away. Anything that was a condiment or whipped cream was completely melted or turned to vinegar he kept the food on a air conditioned seat in a car that was at 60 degrees inside. Theres no want in the 3 minute drive it takes that stuff melted. They clearly had the order ready way earlier and didn't communicate that with us. Do better Bob Evans

Ordered there twice got a family breakfast the first time it was definitely undercooked the hash browns with raw the eggs were raw the second time we got a family hamburger meal the hamburgers were not edible I won't waste my time or money there again next time make sure you don't burn the hamburger so bad you can't chew them
