I’m really sad because the food at burger 81 is great but the workers are just plain rude. I haven’t been in months because of our last experience with them. Decided to go again today and told the girl thank you.. she looked me dead in the eyes and shut the window. I’m not one to complain about any food place but they just ruin my mood aha and it’s EVERY TIME.

Lady who took the order seemed nice, the girl at the window was rude and seemed to be ready to have left hours earlier.Fries were decent. Crispy but not much flavor. BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger would be better with out the sweet pickles. The Cony Dog was even worse. Stale bun, dry chili and a small sprinkle of onions. 2 bites and in the trash.Overall, I'd skip this one, especially with all the options around.

Ordered from this place through DoorDash multiple times now, they either mess up the order or send it to a completely different person. Ordered our first order at 8:30 today, it’s now 10:09 and I’ve just got my order. First time it was labeled wrong, obviously big mistake. Order ended up cancelled, so we place another, now we’re missing items. Not to mention when I went in person, the customer service was horrible. Gonna be really hard to go back to this place.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Burger 81. That is also the name of a burger on the menu. The food is assembled when you order it. It had good flavors and everything was hot. The price is as much as other drive thru restaurants. It is worth a try and I will be trying it again.
