We could hear the line/prep cooks complaints about earning their pay check, and slamming equipment that's probably worth more then their paycheck threw the speaker, while the order taker was attempting to take our order. Regardless of how small or bigl an order is, it's literally the reason the employee decided to clock in, is to prepare every item on the menu! Especially during lunch and supper hours! Had an olive burger and looked at it as I was taking another bite and it was raw inside. Not pink but red raw. Tried calling but they don't answer the phone. They lost a good customer.

I ordered a burger and fries. When I received the food, I asked for ketchups and ranch. She told me the ranch was 35 cents. I said okay, handed her $.35, and she gave it to me with an attitude. Mind you I had to ask again for some ketchups after she slammed the window on me.
