Cashier had dog hair and dirty hands noticed that when I had to come in to correct my order. My cheese jalapeños poppers were very old and so was the fries. 7 pm shouldn't be to late to get fresh good food for the price . Food was sloppy and just no desire to do better.

Saw on the website they have crispy chicken legs, I asked about it the cashier said they have chicken sandwiches, I tried to ask again and he said “we’re not kfc man” if you don’t have it at this location that’s fine but he was very rude in will not need returning

The gentleman who took our order had super greasy hair. When we got our order it was wrong. The food was cold. My husband went up to get onions he got them without a problem. Not sure if we will try it again.

Usually always have decent service here. But when you pull someone forward for “fresh” French toast sticks you should make sure their hashbrowns aren’t ice cold and hard on the bottom of the bag lol

If I could give negative stars, this would be the place to get them! Absolutely horrible!! Don't waste your money you will be disappointed every time.
Best vanilla milkshake of any fast food place. The service is usually pretty good. Sometimes it could be better. Saginaw store is always good service, they always say you deserve the crown there! Sometimes forget the extras in my bag when I ask for them, you know, ketchup and such. But nobody's perfect. The food is great so that makes up for it.

The ladies at the front register were very pleasant they even suggested because of the meal I wanted they suggested it's a better meal for me which made it more a better price and they were very kind and then I had to go back in there only because my son wanted the bacon cheeseburger with only bacon cheese and the beef and they had it all the ketchup and the mustard and onions and pickle to it so I had to go in and have it replaced as my son only eats bacon cheeseburger plain the ladies at the front they were kind they took the refix my order and instead of throwing out that burger because it was still good they offered for me to take it to as they messed up the order the manager threw down another Burger across the table at me in a bag like get out of here then she grabbed the burger that was still good it was on the counter but my son wouldn't have ate it and she literally threw it in the trash can Wichita that case if you consider it's wasting yes they screwed up my son's food but instead of throwing it out I could have taken it and I would have ate it later I've even gave him the dollar for it but the manager at this particular restaurant was very rude like she got business to take care of get out of here the two employees were pleasant
