I ordered an online order it apparently didn't go in correctly so 2 of my sandwiches were wrong I tell the manager she fixes them I get home notice our mozzarella sticks aren't in there so I go back and let the manager know she gets mad says we count them every day I put them in your bag I asked her if she would like me to get the bags and show her they aren't in there and she gets more mad and storms off as a manager you are to lead by example I can already tell her crew is miserable with her there she needs a attitude adjustment and better training in customer service I will not be back

Burger King itself has gone downhill considerably. The food isn't consistent. When it's good, it's worth it. When it's not, well... at least the staff has always been great.

I frequent this location, and sometimes it's good food, and sometimes it's not. Depending on who's working, the food area. Dried out beef patties are not what I want when I'm spending what it costs for these meals. I hope they can eventually get better at this.

Horrible customer service, waited 5 minutes for workers plural including the manager to stop talking to a customer so we could get ranch even though multiple of them looked us in the eyes, lobby is filthy every table is too, will not be back here.

I felt like this Burger King been nothing but serving burnt food lately like chicken and onion rings from the order I had two weeks ago. Food quality needs to be straightened. Stuff doesn’t feel undercooked and burnt.

Shorted 10$ in change when went through drive thru. Manager counted till and was off by a completely different amount. Told me I was out of luck Inside was gross. Floors sticky and dirty. Flies flying around inside dining area. Wilder Rd Bay City Mi
