Food is good with casual dining atmosphere. And love the outdoor seating. The servers are some of the best though. We have been here quite a few times and whether busy, slow, holiday, etc. we always seem to get the best servers! We usually are with a group 10-25 and they handle us great!
We had a great time at Castaways. We came for a late lunch and beat the dinner crowd, so it wasn't as crowded. There were five of us in our party and our waitress had another big party, but she did very well at maintaining both groups. Our food was hot and fresh. I'd highly recommend the Perch dinner. If you're a fish fan, you can't go wrong. Also, I'd also order the vegetable side. I'm not a huge cole slaw fan and our waitress recommended the vegetables....
Been seeing some of the food served here and couldn’t wait to try it. Atmosphere is great-fun-chill. Came with my granddaughter and we both had the perch. Wow. It was really good. Probably the best we had. Plenty too! The coleslaw was also very good. The only thing I didn’t care for was the glasses that they used to serve my vodka/club soda in. Looked like a little coffee glass. I can look past that. Will return.
