Clearly states on the door and online open till 10 pm. Drove 30 min to get there because it’s the only cold stone nearby. It was 8:30 when we got there and went through drivethru and employee said, “sorry we’re actually closed.” When drove around could see employees sitting inside talking. Very disappointed.
I placed a order for a custom ice cream cake 3 days in advance and had the confirmation emails and everything, I never received a email saying it was being made or anything so I called the store, they were literally clueless… and even though the girl on the phone was very nice, I could hear the manager, I’m assuming, in the background rudely telling her to tell me that the cake will not be ready by the time I scheduled it for because they didn’t even start making it. Came specifically for the Jello Banna pudding ice cream I kept seeing adds online for. This location barley had any idea what I was talking about. They just said it was not part of their delivery this week. To make matters worse it took over 10 minutes for me to have my order taken and 10 to 15 more minutes to get my order. This is the only Coldstone in my area and I'm not sure if I ever want to return. Also you can't trust their ads or website
