Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers tasty smoothies, according to reviewers. One mentioned the relaxed atmosphere and ample parking near the old Kmart and Goodwill store. However, there was a concern about employee behavior, and another reviewer expressed disappointment about the limited-time flavors, specifically wanting a watermelon mojito that was already discontinued. Pricing was also noted as expensive by one reviewer. Recent customers have enjoyed the smoothies, praising their good taste and quick service, with one appreciative of the option to customize with less ice. Another customer was pleased with the friendly staff but had issues with a refund process for a door dash order, which remains unresolved. Overall, the cafe is appreciated for its tasty smoothies and friendly service, though some concerns about pricing and employee behavior have been noted.
