I had the Irish Guinness Stew and my fiance had the salmon Caesar salad as well as a side of delicious onion rings! All were excellent and if we ever come back to Michigan we will be back!

If you haven't been there, you better get to Bay City ASAP! Monday night is Trivia Night and it was so much fun even tho we were not one of the top 3 teams! The place we were in gave us the opportunity to pick a category for next week! 😊 We did have a gift certificate winner in our group tho. We were treated so well by the owner & the BEST server anywhere! Grandpa did good with his granddaughter Savannah! If you are lucky she will be your server! Thanks Kim for a great evening!

Coonan’s is always great for a nice dinner and a beer at a Bay City backyard bar. Kim and his staff certainly know how to make you feel at home and make sure you’re taken care of. They have a very diverse menu, Irish food, a variety of hotdogs, great soups, and nice outdoor seating that is pet friendly.
Ive been coming here for years , used to come here every Monday for trivia night , ive had a lot of good times here and made some memories, love the food and atmosphere here : the owner is a good guy and always makes it a point to stop in and chat with me for a second or two, stuff like that goes a long way
