Stopped here on our way back from the USS Edson and LOVED IT. The staff are friendly and fun and radiate good energy. I ordered the protein bowl with street corn and OMG I'm going to dream about it until I can get back up there and buy more. The atmosphere was so fun and vibrant and the prices were surprisingly cheap for how much food you get. Highly recommend 👌 you won't be sorry.
We came and sampled a little variety, and we will definitely be back. The best birria and barbacoa we've ever had 🎯💯, everything we had had so much flavor. Run, don't walk; I promise you won't be disappointed.
Gillys is easily one of my favorite places to spend money. The food is consistently amazing, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. On top of that, the service is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back—not just for the great meals, but for the overall experience.
