Elaine's Bake Shop

My roommates at SVSU and I are use to being surrounded by local bakeries at home and have really missed it while going to college. So now from time to time we'll go to Elaine's for doughnuts and have really enjoyed them. Some of my personal favorites are the fruity pebbles one, the orea one, and the custard one. One of several decent bakeries in Bay City, Elaine's Bake Shop has the best location right on Euclid. The smell of baked goods sets the mood when entering and there are piles of already bought items waiting for pickup. The counter is well stocked with a variety of donuts, cookies and other pastries. Love the products and the owner is a very hard working woman. I have noticed some rude workers in the past but they are gone (thank Goodness) but I won't let rude people ruin the entire place! Definitely will be back!
