Been coming to the Tawas location since I was a little girl and moved to BC and have continued with this location. Today was a nightmare when I got off work to feed my kids, I ordered our usual just how my autistic child will eat it, and paid almost $40 for one pizza, so to my surprise when I opened it and my order was wrong. No biggie accidents happen, well I call to see if they can rectify the situation (I just needed our correct pizza) and it takes 3 phone calls and them insisting that there’s no manager to handle the situation. So is this just an irresponsible unprofessional institution or unhonest one? It took my husband to beg if he could return the pizza and the receipt so we can get our correct order. All of a sudden they said it was ok? And It was correctly placed on the receipt so why was it a big deal that it was made incorrectly and the refused to correct it for us?!? I spent all my money on tonight’s order so I couldn’t order anywhere else, or attempt to get other pizza and my kids had my heart on this. I will be calling to speak to a manager and maybe I will have a better review after tomorrow but this service is unjust. This would never happen in Tawas!!! If something was incorrect (rarely) they always handled in such professional manner.

While we usually have a great experience at G's, last night was horrible. Our waitress Ari was terrible. She screwed up our order and then tried to tell us that she didn't. She brought out the wrong bread sticks (cheese) after she asked us when ordering if we wanted cheese or plain and we said plain for both. We didn't have much time and when she brought out the cheese breadsticks we told her they were supposed to be plain. She took them back and then came out and told us that the other order she put in was also cheese so I said we would just take those because they were already cooking and to make the other ones plain. We ordered deep dish pizza with flavored crust and had a hand tossed pizza with no flavor crust brought out. When our new pizza was finally made, she brought it out in a box to go because she knew we barely had any time to eat. She also charged us for two orders of the cheese breadsticks which she then had to fix and did end up taking off 1 order when we asked why we were charged for cheese ones when we didn't order those. We were also given 10% off our pizza and another waitress had to go get Ari so we could pay our bill and leave because she was extremely slow in coming to the table. Also, we got 1 drink refill which was so late in coming she asked if we wanted it in a to go cup.

G's was able to accommodate 22 pizzas on short notice when Brooklyn Boys dropped the ball and the owner (Kevin) hung up on me. Thanks G's for the fantastic service and accommodation, plus their pizza is way better. Wish I had just started with G's in the first place!

Love the food here! We are from PA and this is the closest pizza to the "East Coast" style pizza we have found in the area. My husband loves the Wey Burritos too! Great customer service and fast delivery.
Hostess took order and let us sit in bar area to wait, as we decided to do take out order and bring back to hotel. Pizza out quickly. Great Pizza and stuffed pizza sticks. If staying at Doubletree Bay City, just a few blocks from hotel, great walk to admire architecture and other small businesses. If in Bay City, highly recommend G's Pizzeria! There are plenty of areas around water for picnic with pizza as well!

Got the He-Man and Ninja Turtle Pies! They were terrific!! Don't forget to ask for the Garlic Cheese sauce if the waitress doesn't tell you about it. 5? for sure. DONT MISS THIS PLACE in Bay City!!
Parking: Parking is across the street. Plenty of spaces in the lot. Even during busy time.

Not only is the food amazing, but the people who deliver the food are very very sweet, they hire good people who truly care about customers. My son was fussy so I took him outside while waiting on my food and the guy who delivered my food asked if I was able to hold it or if he could set it down somewhere for me, which I thought was very nice! At the salon, where I work we always have the sweetest lady delivering our food as well! G’s in bay city is doing an amazing job with hiring the most kind hearted people ❤️?
