First time we’ve ever been disappointed and it was bad. They run short staffed so I can’t blame the server for taking too long. But our burgers were ordered well done and came out bloody! Disgusting! Something has changed in the last few months. Very unfortunate because we used to enjoy the place!

We stopped in for a burger recently. We had always enjoyed them. The meat was always very good. Not anymore. Couldn’t finish it. They must have changed meat provider. Too bad. The quality is definitely not there anymore. ☹️ Have to find a new place to go.

The only reason they are getting a one star is because the waitress was nice. The food is not good, especially for the prices. We ordered a blt and a club sandwich, we didn't even finish them. We were being nice and asked for a box, to make sure not to insult them. They will be going in the garbage when we get home. How do you mess up a sandwich?

Brought friends to Hooligans, I was so embarrassed the Walleye was so greasy, my husbands was the worst. A waitress overheard us talking about it they took his away and brought back another plate, was still fairly greasy. No more fish for us on Friday, it will be a very long time before we go back if ever.
