Last time I online ordered the subs were in the wrong bags. This time I had onions when I wasn't supposed to. Even had the -O on the bag. Still tasted like onion after I removed them. Do better.
1st time having Mike's.
Staff was great and nothing but kind words to the gentleman and lady who made my sub. I had a Italian and let him make it the way he recommended and it was delicious. Thank you for a good experience.

Huge thank you to Mike at the store for taking all the proper precautions when preparing my food to avoid aggravating my gluten allergy. I watched him take great care taking time to change gloves, fully wipe down the counter top, slicer, and around the slicer. Changing his gloves again to them set the station to prepare my food. He was so kind and accommodating! You don't find many employees who put that care into their customers. Huge thank you again Mike!!!
