On Wednesday I ordered a pizza and waited the 25 minutes they suggest before picking up my pizza. I get there and they tell me something broke and my pizza was just put in the oven and it will be another 5-6 minutes. I decide to stay in the store to wait, while I was waiting two of the workers started fighting with each other. The third had to tell them to stop. They stopped for a couple of minutes before going back at it. One of the workers shouted at the other to “go home if you don’t want to work”. The third worker who was on the phone which I’m assuming was to fix whatever went down had to again tell them to stop. I get that things happen but I ended up waiting another 15 minutes. No one gave me any updates during those 15 minutes, which I understand things happen but a little acknowledgement would have been nice. I didn’t even get an apology for the wait. I again get that things happen but I will no longer be waiting in the store for my pizza ever again! Weird atmosphere!

I placed an online order for pickup and the pizzas were ready on time. What impressed me most was witnessing the teamwork of the staff. My pick up was during the dinner rush and the staff was flying around working their tales off. At a time when we hear no one wants to work or the perceived belief that the younger generation is lazy, I can tell you that is not the case at the Bay City Jets. Thanks team!

How can you call it crust when 95% of the pizza is crust? The bread is an inch thick with a kiss of toppings. Sucks!

11-16-25 approx 2pm. Friendly service . But 8 corner bbq chicken pizza was just ok. Its usually excellent so we were disappointed. Most slices had 2 pieces of chicken and such a small amount of BBQ sauce that you couldn't tell it was even there. It cost $19 . And that was with a $5 coupon. It was a large not an extra large. Had such a taste for it and it turned out to be a big bummer.
