I guess I can't really comment on the food since I didn't get it. Putting the food in the box sounds rough, but then again I suppose I'm the idiot for not checking your work. Enjoy the money for the food I never got.

Went here and got the 12 taco party box. Gave it to me in a bag. No box just threw the tacos in there with the rest of my order. Just super sloppy. Tacos actually came out of the wrappers and all over the inside of the bag. I just moved to Bay City and this was going to be my new home base Taco Bell. I thought it was going to be cool because I found out that they have the chili and cheese burrito. Way too much cheese not very much chili. The inside of the bag was wet like they poured something in there. Just over all a bad experience. I will not be back. Saw the other reviews of this place. Looks like the owner should go check it out to see the way their restaurant is running. I'm sure they don't care. It's by the highway and most of the people hop on the highway never to return. I'd like to give this place a big fat ZERO!

I am thoroughly disgusted with this location. I will never eat here again. My mother in law picked up a bowl for my son and the worm that was discovered in it is completely disgusting. I’ve never in my 40 years of existence thought I’d find something like this in a food establishment. They should be held responsible, but I know nothing will become of it. Sad! Your establishment is a down right, apparently and literally, DIRTY shame. Whoever owns and/or runs this place should be ashamed of themselves and the food they serve the public. I will be contacting local health officials.

Don’t bother going to KFC/Taco Bell at 84 and 3 mile road.They never have listed menu items available and food quality is weak at best. Chicken over done and all side choices not available.Poor management when food choices don’t jive with available inventory! This has happened more than once to me at this facility. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

This establishment has low supplies of most menu items. They deliver horrible product. No one will answer phone to help a patron reconcile an issue. Have had issues with this place for well over a month now. Will probably stop visiting this location.

I went to the Taco Bell portion and I went through the drive-thru. It was almost dark out and their sign has absolutely no lights on it so you can't read the menu in any way so I just took a random guess on what I wanted to order. I couldn't understand the guy on the other end of the speaker because he was so garbled and muffled and got really irritated with me because I didn't understand him say... KFC or Taco Bell... He said it three times really fast and staticky and I finally figured out what he wanted to ask. Got up to the front to pay and the girl that took my money was generally unpleasant. I took my food and went directly across the road to the hotel I was staying in and in the 3 minutes it took me to get there and opened up my food, it was soggy and cold and tasted terrible. Even for a Taco Bell which seems to be pretty consistent across the board, it was not good. Definitely will not be going back. Note to management if you even read this, you could use some lights on your board or flip the switch if there is one and see if you can pep up your employees just a tad. I work in customer service and there's no reason for that rude behavior.
