I was the only car in the drive thru it took them 4 mins to cash me out and give me a drink and another 4 to 5 mins to get the couple sides I ordered! I seen the guy thru the window stacking up stuff, instead of ringing me out or getting my drink ready! the girl that gave me food apologized for my wait and upsized my Fri and Mac, but being the only car in the drive thru why did I wait 8 mins?..... also she made my Fri 30 seconds before coming to the window!that was the first ...read full review
I ordered my food in the drive through and the cashier took my credit card for payment. I was then made aware I needed to pull around and wait in the parking lot for my food. I asked for my receipt. Was told they couldn't give me one. Waited 30 minutes for 2 chicken littles. The worker had to go car to car asking if this was their order.
Yum! Brands, please close this store down and fix it. They frequently fall on their face at this location. I've had multiple experiences where they're not open despite the store hours saying they should be. Like other reviewers, I've waited numerous minutes at the drive through speaker waiting for any greeting.
We keep trying this location every so often because of convenience, but we know if we want an accurate and prompt order, we have to drive to another KFC and/or Taco...read full review
