I'm an old school cook who worked his way up through different cuisines with no professional training. Old school. Tiny steps with extreme care for detail. I recognize a world class kitchen. Lasko's is an S tier kitchen. Those chefs have flawless technique down to rote. Everything is perfectly browned down to the last molecule. The FOH are angels.
Give these people your money as much as possible and you'll be happy.
I've never had a bad meal at Lasko's. Prices are reasonable and they have large portion sizes, so plan to take some home! 😀
