On my most recent trips to this location, I got a hot white mocha made my Fawn that was perfect. Literally, great job!On my last trip Rachel was incredibly friendly and always gives incredible service. She made sure my dining ware was clean before handing it to me and really appreciate that kind of detail in this line of work.I ordered a Flat White this time which Max made beautifully. I usually love Starbucks, but this morning was not a great experience. When the lady was putting the lid on my coffee she accidentally spilled it. I asked her if she was okay and she said “yeah, I’m used to it!” No biggy, but then she didn’t refill it! Quite a bit spilled too. She handed me the messy cup and it even had a hair on the bottom. I was quite disappointed.

I come here way too much and finally had to leave a long overdue review about how incredible the people are that work here. They have always been so kind to me. Today is my birthday so I used my birthday reward and they added a little “have a good day!” note on my drink. It doesn’t seem like much, but it’s little things that make a difference. They have always been so sweet to me & my drink comes out perfect every time. Thank you Bay City Starbucks crew ?
