Not going to this ever again on Monday , I asked for a lavender oatmilk matcha and got this, instead and the lady at drive thru goes here’s your lavender oatmilk matcha her knowing damn well this isn’t it, well I didn’t know it until I went to East sides and actually got the correct one and wasn’t lied to, like give me the damn drink but don’t lie and say here’s your Lavender matcha, also there was no sticker printed on the cup which I also thought was odd. Only going to East sides now.

I ordered an Americano with no Creamer or sugar. And I've been all over Michigan and all the Starbucks have been very consistent. This one makes extremely weak Americano I will make a note and notreturn to this location.

After waiting 20 minutes, I got the wrong drink, I asked for an iced drink and they gave me a hot drink. They also continued to call "Sarah" for the name when that wasn't my order name, and then walking out I grabbed an iced drink that I believed was mine, and then brought it back in to grab the correct drink and they gave me a dirty look, and as I walked back out they bad mouthed me. Very unprofessional.
