I’ve been a loyal customer of Live Oak for a long time and have always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. However, I had a disappointing experience at the Bay City location recently. I stopped in about two hours before closing to get some work done, but it felt like the staff was already trying to wind down for the night. An employee began vacuuming right after we sat down, repeatedly adjusted the lights from bright to dim, and turned the music up so loud it became nearly...
I love the coffee here, and will continue to come in person! BUT! The last 3 Doordashes I’ve made from here have either come incorrect or with missing coffees. PLEASE make sure your staff is reading tickets correctly and giving out orders correctly to dashers. It shouldn’t have to fall on Doordash to fix the mistakes of the store.
Super cute, cheerful, and inviting coffee house. They offer a nice variety and make their own flavor sauces and syrups. The drinks we got were the Vanilla Latte and a White Chocolate frappe. They had a bunch of plants and greenery in the shop with a nice lounge area. Perfect for a nice little hangout. Honestly the best I've had in a long time. It was our first time at Live Oak Coffeehouse and it will not be the last. They outdo Stardollars any day!
