This location always gets my orders wrong,I ask for no lettuce and they continue to put lettuce on my sandwiches, it wasn't busy at all,I was the only one in the drive thru or I might understand them making this continually

Pretty standard McDonald's. It's a little odd that there is no drink machine nor ketchup in the dining area. You have to ask the staff for ketchup packets, which is a challenge to find someone when the kiosks are the dominate way to order. But, could just be the way things are shifting.

It's McDonald's. Consistently the same. This location has forgotten items on me frequently, but also I staffed by (mostly) youth collecting a paycheck. They treat you well enough, and have always fixed any issues with orders promptly.
