We walked in and its very clean. The food is fresh the staff is helpful with smiles. I had never been there before. This is better than your sit down resturants for taste. Way to go Moe's. I will be back for sure!!!!
Cailyn was very kind and accommodating. Our daughter has a severe gluten allergy and Cailyn changed her gloves, got a new scoop to get chips out of a new batch just cooked and went to the back and got a bowl of queso from the untouched container. Moe’s employees do this for us every time we go in and we greatly appreciate it. Our daughter gets severely ill if she has gluten, soy or oats and it’s hard to find restaurants where she doesn’t have to worry...
I went there Monday and Ashton waited on me and today Cailyn waited on me. They both were great. Never has there been a bad experience there. I am happy to have this restaurant in bay city.
