Staff were rude. I asked for sweet and sour and the person taking my order cut me off and just ignored me. Got to the window to ask for sweet and sour again after I was so rudely dismissed. I was told it was in the bag. Got home and no sweet and sour. The employees here are so rude and incompetent. Food is good but customer service is always awful

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. i was so excited to pull into hotel after 14 hr day and see a panda in front. clearly i was given the bottom of the bowl of chow mein and all of my food was cold and tasted old. so disappointed, but i was to exhausted to walk back and get the right order done. thanks panda!!!
The food was gross. The green beans were not cooked and were very tough and stringy,the rice had a weird flavor almost like a faint bleach odor, the noodles were very bland and dry with no veggies in it… I have had good Panda Express before but it has been not so great the last few times we have eaten there. Also waited in line for 20 minutes.

Why would a chinese kitchen run out of soy sauce? I ordered lots of food and needed about 12 soy sauce...had to go to WalMart across the street to get it. Not good Panda Express, not good.

For "fast food" Chinese food...we really enjoy Panda Express, esp the honey walnut shrimp. The fried rice is very flavorful and the "plate size" is enough for 2 full meals!

Went through the drive through and was given the wrong entree. Didn't realize until I got home and opened it. When I complained about getting the wrong order I was given a coupon for for one free SMALL entree WITH a purchase. I don't mind panda express but when you get an order wrong and do nothing to remedy the situation that just bad business. Never gonna see me back in a panda
