Had my fill of going into this store and being completely ignored. You've got to do a lot to get me upset but ignoring me is one quick fire method. I don't recommend. Bigbees is right down the road, or the Tittabawassee store is much better if you're willing to drive.

As a first time customer we had many questions about sandwiches girl at counter was real patient and helpful we got the pick 2 1/2 sandwich and soup steak sand was great cheddar broccoli too will return

I'll start off with my husband and I have been sip club members for almost 3 years now ok, so we know how it works. You place your order through the app.You go to the store, you pick up your drink cup and you fill it. Well now and then they want to fill the cup for me.. weird and no because I dont put ice in my drinks. So I simply say can I get an empty cup I don't use ice. The staff got a bit I dont know id say rude when giving me the cup. Ok whatever 🙄 she's a teenager. Lol well, today as i'm placing my order standing in front of the rapid pickup window. I simply write in the instructions that I would like to get my own drink, please And thank you. As i'm standing there, I hear the staff which I believe is a manager of some sort say haha oh dont worry baby you will get your own drink haha I don't fill drinks" with a snotty rude attitude. So I simply say well thank you. And she proceeds to inform me that they don't fill cups here anyway. But yet they did the day before?? I proceeded to let her know that was the only reason that I was asking to fill my own cup.

1 star for hours most everyone is to work by 8am I'd suggest starting at 7am so work folks can get food/drinks before work

I stopped in for the Crunchy Cinnamon bagels. They were short 2, so I just took 2 plain bagels. Very nice employee/ lady! The bagel are good, but we're not raised much; that made slicing them in my bagel cutter, difficult.
