where can I even start with prost, my favorite restaurant of all time!! UNTIL they took away my club, this is to the management of prost, I am begging, PLEADING you bring back my club, please. I have never been more devastated than when I came here and it was no longer on the menu. this is the first place I go when I have any special event, am having a bad day, needing to reward myself, for two reasons, the service and the club. without both I can’t bring myself to come back....
Prost is delightful, every single time. ✨ I always order a charcuterie filled with various meats, cheeses, and accompaniments (love the slow roasted tomatoes, the castelvetrano olives, and the fig or balsamic onion jam!). Cocktail or wine, I’m never disappointed! Both locations—uptown Bay City and Frankenmuth—offer special atmospheres and great service. It’s a great place to have a date, meet a friend, or have a party!
We celebrated a bday dinner at Prost Easter eve with a party of 7 and I cannot give them enough shout-outs! Everything, start to finish, was absolutely amazing! The service from Lyndsay, the incredible food, appies thru after dinner drinks, fabulous thanks to Chef Al et al, and everything else...the vibes, music, and all around sense of fun!
