You can sample the Ashby's ice cream before you order, which I appreciate, but I have to say, the prices are high for the amount of ice cream you get. A regular is $5.49, which is a bit bigger than a traditional white Styrofoam coffee cup you get at any school or church function. It's small for the cost. Hand dipped ice cream that costs as much as a dairy queen blizzard!? Yikes!

The employee working the counter was exceptionally rude to my son and his friend today. So much so they decided to leave after taking a bike ride there specifically to get ice cream.

Customer service and the atmosphere of the business were very poor. The employees need to work on their tone, way of speaking with costumers, and how they handle phone calls. Ice cream however is lovely.

Went there Sunday the 23rd and asked for a medium soft ice cream twist, girl handed me a chocolate cone and said the twist wasn't working!!! Next time tell the customer BEFORE you hand them the wrong item. Disappointed...

Horrible service - girls are slow, need a pep in their step! The amount of money we spent waiting for 40 minutes with 3 bubble cone remakes because they kept burning them. Ridiculous!
