First. Sign behind register says use kiosk to order.

Second. Order took almost 5 minutes despite them having no one in drive thru or in lobby besides me.

Third, food was ice cold when I tried to eat it minutes later. I thru half away as I just couldn't eat it

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. 3rd try over 6 months... Either Taco Bell standards have gone way down or this particular store has. There is such a small amount of ground beef that it is ridiculous. They used to be amazing. My favorite treat.

I have never had an order correctly made at this location. Just recently the brain trust that works here filled my to go bag so that one of the tacos just dumped it's contents into the bag on the rest of the items. Also asked for hot sauce. They gave me a handful of everything but hot sauce. Do not waste your time here.

Not only did they leave my part of the order off, this picture I attached was the soft taco I got, it wasn't even meat in there... it was just meat coloring, it's the most expensive Taco bell in Bay City and they literally make the most mistakes

Genuinely curious as to why everything at this location is marked up 30%-60% compared to any other location.
Mobile order said $9.50 but when I changed the location to here it was $16
There is even another taco bell 1 mile down the road that is cheaper..
Not only does everything here cost more by quite a bit you're employees are extraordinarily rude. There is not one reason to purchase from this location.

I never leave bad reviews ever, but receiving PLAIN nacho fries after waiting like five minutes at the window is actually ridiculous. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it’s new and closer to me, but while working in fast food you should always be asking yourself “would I want this if I payed for it?” Well guess what, no I did not want UNSEASONED NACHO FRIES, and not to mention I did an online order and showed up ten minutes after it was placed…

I ordered Friday night nacho bell grandee and fries they give me very old or cold food and talk over the phone with manger he he make new food for me when go over there for pick my food he say wait parking lot I’m waiting 15 minutes nobody came out side then I call over phone then one employee bring my food is same before that is food quality very bad it my last time and I nobody recommend other one

Haven't been to Taco Bell in over a year due to getting very sick after eating there. Granddaughter talked me into trying again. Same thing happened. The mystery meat tasted sour, after 2 bites I wasn't chancing it. Still sick to stomach all night.

Thinking4 myself2day

New to area, second time at this location, and will be last. Employees not engaged at all in their jobs, atmosphere of not caring. Orders #13...last time it came in bag and was missing items...and I asked for box as advertised and got it on 2nd trip...but not totally surprised...missing chips and cheese dip and quesadilla was soupy, needed cooking a bit more. Last trip to this location, do not recommend.
