The employee I just had was totally incompetent. He struggled through taking my order, and when I got it nothing was right. I ordered a 7 layer burrito with no cheese and no sour cream. I got a burrito that had sour cream,guac, and a small amount of beans and was missing the rest of the ingredients. I asked for a small water with no ice, and specifically let them know it was for my dog. They gave me a medium water with a ton of ice. By the time I took the ice out, the cup was too tall and water too low for my dog to be able to drink it. I also had to sit and wait at the window for a while for the one item that wasn't even made right. While I was waiting, the cashier was going on and on to me about how he won't eat the 7-layer burrito because he is a picky eater... Worst experience I've had at this location in a while.

I was shorted an item and the employees argued about it rather than just make the missing crunchy taco though they did after I insisted. Apparently this store is also only allowed to put so little chipotle mayo on the flatbread melts that I was convinced it wasn't there. The manager pointed to a tiny amount of sauce and claimed that's all they're allowed to use. I'll be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future.

Very poor customer service.. I was standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. 5 people working...walked by me several times without so much as an acknowledgement of my existence! Another person came in and was also waiting. She ended up just walking out because of the same treatment. Very expensive for nasty food!! Dirty restaurant. A chicken quesidilla, nacos and cinnamon balls...$25.00!!! I won't be back to Taco Bell any time soon! Don't waste your time and money!!
The food was good but this review is being written because the two guys that were working tonight were awesome. This would be the July 16 evening shift that ends on July 17th at 2a.m. I took my hungry teenager to get something to eat at 1:15a.m., less than an hour from their shift ending. Both employees had a great sense of humor and a smile on their face during the entire drive-thru encounter. I would definitely eat here again just because of them. Thanks to them for making this after-midnight food run so pleasant.

We all have a low bar of expectations for Taco Bell. But this place defies the lowest of all standards. Went in with 2 kids and my wife. $40, and the food wasn’t even close to what we ordered. They remade our food and still couldn’t even come close. We just ordered their meals. Nothing special. I tried to talk to them to reason with them, but it’s like using complete sentences with a dog. It wants to understand you, it just can’t, so it tilts its head in confusion.
Eat ANYWHERE else. Trust.

There was a manager working the window and was very rude and missed drinks and sauce then proceeded to say hurry up I have other orders when I was very direct about what I wanted and he was the one making it take long by not listening.
