Always horrible service, line is backed up majority of the time, never a smooth and easy transaction. Forgot the soda we paid for, not the first time. Orderd a nacho and toppings are just globbed in the middle. Chips are stale. The worst location in the city, not mention prices are more expensive than other locations.

First time there. Was greeted with kindness and laughs!Looked inside and it was clean so this is a huge plus for us.Their drive-thru is very tight, and I jumped the curb.I say to the drive-thru gal, man, the drive-thru is tight here. I just jumped your curb. The gal taking my order says, "Girl, we all do it"The food was hot and made plump!We just opened a small business in the Bay City area and will be back to this Taco Bell when we need a fast food pick-up.Parking: Clean and free of parking.
The service here is laughable at best. They really live up to all the stereotypes of fast food workers. That, and the prices here are SIXTY PERCENT MORE than the Taco bells in Saginaw. Complete incompetence, along with greedy, aggressive pricing, should make everyone avoid this location.

Normally the drive through is fast and friendly but whoever they had talking the window when I went tonight had NO intention of being friendly or helpful. Forgot our straws and walked away as fast as possible to avoid helping us any further, and refused to take our order as she handed the headset to a coworker halfway through letting us place the order, without putting anything down so I had to go back through and reorder everything I had already told her about. She does not belong in customer service if she's going to have the attitude and lack of care she displayed tonight.

Went today and got 2 5 dollar boxes. Wanted nachos instead of twists which cost 1.00 extra for sauce. Also one was supposed to have soft taco and both had hard tacos. Try to call and nobody answers the phone. We even donated and rounded up.

This is genuinely the worst taco bell in my area by a mile, I live close so I always make the mistake of going for convenience and in the many many times I've gone I can only count the amount of times they have gotten my order correct on one hand they almost never remember to give you sauce, they always find a way to add or remove something you didn't ask for or forget to take off something you did ask for. While normally I understand this happens it happens literally almost every single time I come here and I'm tired of wasting my money.

Just placed an order through Uber eats was extremely disappointed with my order it was cold and not what I ordered well most of it was right asked for hot sauce packets got none ordered a hard taco supreme and only got a hard taco with lettuce and shredded cheese no tomato and taco supreme was supposed to have everything it’s supposed to have only the soft tacos we’re supposed to be meat and cheese and it’s irritating cause it happens constantly your workers do not care to do there jobs correctly and will never order from Taco Bell on wilder again thank god bay city has like 4 taco bells even the hard taco I got is cold and soggy like it’s been sitting for hours
