The food was good but this review is being written because the two guys that were working tonight were awesome. This would be the July 16 evening shift that ends on July 17th at 2a.m. I took my hungry teenager to get something to eat at 1:15a.m., less than an hour from their shift ending. Both employees had a great sense of humor and a smile on their face during the entire drive-thru encounter. I would definitely eat here again just because of them. Thanks to them for making this...

First time there. Was greeted with kindness and laughs!Looked inside and it was clean so this is a huge plus for us.Their drive-thru is very tight, and I jumped the curb.I say to the drive-thru gal, man, the drive-thru is tight here. I just jumped your curb. The gal taking my order says, "Girl, we all do it"The food was hot and made plump!We just opened a small business in the Bay City area and will be back to this Taco Bell when we need a fast food pick-up.

There's not much you can say about Taco Bell, it's 5 ingredients served 40 different ways and you pay for what you get. The store was clean, but they were out of ice.I rated service one star on because kiosks in the store are taking over, and there is no more human interaction and customer service. I was just handed my food and cups. No smile, no thank you.
