I would like to say I was in the Bay city Tim Horton at around 8 p.m Monday and the young man was amazing. He had a lady come in being very rude to him yelling at him. He handle the situation in a professional way. Good job . You deserve a raise for what you all have to put up with.

Online ordering allowed me to get dozens of donuts and take 12 coffees, AND set a time. It was all ready and on the counter when I walked in. Loved that I didn't have to wait like I do at other Tim Hortons!

Much better experiences since I've noticed a particular individual no longer working there along with a few newer faces! Feel I should take back my 1 star rating since what influenced the rating has changed greatly
