We had a party of 30 people in the private room on Saturday evening. Miracle (spelling?) was our server-all by herself! I don’t know how she did it, but nobody waited long for drinks, she kept our orders straight as well as the bills. Kudos to the kitchen staff, too! The food was excellent and it came out in a timely manner. Overall, it was an impressive experience.
Went for bday dinner. Waitress was just ok distracted. My steak was not done sent back came back burnt. Other person with me raw steak. Other person had fish which was just ok bland. The food was good but service was extremely slow, even though only a few tables were occupied. The waitress did not seem happy to be there.
UNO Pizzeria & Grill offers a pleasant dining experience suitable for all ages. The restaurant features friendly and attentive staff, with a particular mention of a patient server for kids. Customers enjoyed dishes like the Turkey bacon avocado sandwich and the Chicago deep dish pizza with pepperoni. The menu also includes kid-friendly options at reasonable prices. Recently, a large party of 30 praised their server, Miracle, for managing everything smoothly and ensuring no one waited long for drinks or food. The kitchen staff also received compliments for providing excellent food in a timely manner. UNO's Bay City MI is a recommended spot for a tasty meal, especially for those traveling with an RV, as the parking lot can accommodate them. Many love the thin crust veggie pizza, which always seems to hit the spot. While the service can vary, and it may be a bit dark inside, the interesting photos and memorabilia on the walls add to the experience. Overall, it is a fun place to enjoy delicious pizza and good service.
