We just popped by the Sunset bar for a beer & pre sunset view before venturing to our airbnb (no food to review) & were greeted by Lonnie behind the bar. He was welcoming & they offered a few solid Michigan canned craft beers served with tall, frosty cold glasses. The inside bar was cozy, retro/perfect & patio was lovely. The bar/restaurant was closed the next 2 nights of our visit so we didn't get to return this trip but we would have.
Amazing dinner, great service, and a view of the lake and sunset. The food here was so good. We had a party of 8, and everyone got something different. Everyone loved the food. Some people reviewed that they thought the atmosphere needed a refresh. Get over yourself, you're on Beaver Island. It was fantastic in every way
Beautiful setting. Our meal was delicious. A very nice place to go if you have a special occasion or celebration but even just because you want a good meal besides a burger or sandwich. We were dressed casually and didn't feel under-dressed. Service was outstanding , and our waitress made sure everything was perfect!
