The pizza is usually good, however today they charged me incorrectly after I asked multiple times if it was correct as that didn’t sound right. Then after charging me out they wouldn’t refund the additional they charged me. The main employees I worked with were nice, however a few assisting them were not polite. I will just go to East Jordan next time we want BC.
I’m updating and changing this review to show that I was contacted after reaching out with my complaint and he made things right for me which I appreciate. He was very polite and said he would take steps to make sure this didn’t happen again. I appreciate the great customer service and quick response and will give them another try.
Seems like every time I go there is a problem. Today on our ham mushroom and pepperoni pizza the Mushrooms were not fresh and they were black and bitter. The ham was thrown on AFTER it was cooked and we had to wait while they finished up making our ranch sauce that they forgot to make. No apology was offered and over all it was just bad customer service. I’ve had better, DiGiorno pizzas than this pie.

Great people. They were super accommodating to my gfs weird food requests, and then sent us home with leftovers from the buffet. Great hot food, the veggies at the salad station weren't soggy or wilted. Great experience, definitely going again

Was talking on the phone with Chuck. Dude just hung up rudely as I was trying to order. Horrid behavior.
Bought buffet, waited 20minutes for food to be brought out as more customers came in and they didn’t keep up with food demand for just 10 people in the restaurant. Have a half hour lunch? Freaking forget eating!!!!!! $15 for two slices of pizza!!!

Pizza was extremely dry, little to no sauce on any pizza. Deep dish was wayyyy too much bread, not real Detroit style. Gluten free and dairy free options are pretty nice but way too expensive to be worth it. Would not recommend.

A little slow on service but the food is really good. We ate inside, the pizza buffet didn't really have much pizza to choose from so we decided not to get that which was a little disappointing. If you choose to eat inside and order a pizza you grab your own plates from the buffet and pick up your garbage after yourself.

Food was good but for as new as it is the tables were really wobbly and kinda crammed together.

We went at 9:30pm. on a Sunday. We had late meetings and they were the only one open besides McDonald’s. They were courteous and quick. They had a good attitude, even though we walked in late. The pizza was very good! I have to have gluten free and it was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Prices were good. I would recommend them anytime
I learned today that the ham sticks do not actually have ham in them.

Be sure.
To check your order. The 2 ladies that are working in there definitely will mess up your order. Even if you give them a 20% tip and ask twice to cook the wings until crispy. I will not be going back or recommending them.
Good pizza 80% of the time however we decided to ordered a deep dish and it was just plain disappointing especially for the price! Looked and tasted like something out of a horror movie.
