10/10 dining experience, do not hesitate to eat here. Host was very prompt and courteous, server was great, and the food was A++. The chef absolutely knows what he’s doing back there. Desserts made in house, delicious. Atmosphere and vibe was great as well. Will 100% be back next time we’re in town!

Great experience! Dawn was an attentive server who gave great recommendations and the food was phenomenal! We got the elk special and the tenderloin (regular menu) plus an espresso vanilla cake. All were good as well as the passion fruit cocktail. Highly recommend!

The best Chicken Marsala! Thank you guys for consistently being our favorite spot for dinner in the area! A smaller menu that you can’t go wrong on… everything from the crab dip to the bruschetta to the French onion soup… it’s all delicious and you can tell that they are cooking with high quality ingredients. Service is spot on also, Abby in particular always takes great care to make sure we have a great experience. Thank you for your hard work, we look forward to our next meal!

Had a great time and the food was amazing. Dried cherries on the salad was perfection. Loved the cola options and service was friendly and fast.

I hate leaving bad reviews !!! So here’s 2 extra stars. Honestly just seemed like a super discombobulated operation- waited almost 10 minutes for a host, when someone finally spoke to us they deflected and needed to grab someone else. I had to direct patrons to their newly seated parties (?). I was jazzed for the scallops but after seeing the chaos decided to dip

Good food, excellent service & a nice venue. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich along with a bowl of French onion soup for an appetizer. The sandwich was a generous portion & came with thin cut fries for a fair price of $17. The soup was a bit expensive at $9 but it was good although I prefer one large crouton vs small salad style croutons. Overall it was a good experience & we would eat there again in the future.

My husband and I have been traveling through the chain o lakes cities and have been trying different fine dining restaurants on the north east end. We ate here on the last night and it was the best meal we’ve had.
Bartender made me a great Hugo spritz.
Crab dip for our appetizer, which was real crab.
Scallops for my husband, cooked perfectly.
Seafood pasta for me, with shrimp cooked perfectly.
Crème brûlée for dessert.
I give this place a 5/5. If we’re ever in the area again we will be back!

Truly so pleased we stopped here! Our Airbnb host had recommended it and it did not disappoint. The menu was creative, thoughtful, and the waitress mentioned he chef focuses on what he can source locally and is in season! We had the crab dip, corn salad, and croquette de madam (ham and cheese sandwich with an egg atop)! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and appropriately seasoned! Atop the great food and drink, the service was impeccable. They were attentive, pleasant, and really set the bar high for other businesses! This place is a must stop in northern Michigan!

Good service. Food had good flavor. But the entree portions are too small for the price you pay. These are essentially tapas/small plates but charged at large plate pricing.

Really good food, service was mediocre.

You might encounter the best French fries of your life here: a unique potato slicing method, great texture, perfect seasoning... you've never had their equal. Everything else we ordered on both visits was delicious. And They're open for lunch, but haven't updated hours yet!

Very quaint and quiet bistro in Bellaire with great wait staff. Good to get a reservation, but we didn't have a problem walking in. Menu is seafood heavy, but there are some other beef/chicken/veg options. I wish the food was a bit more special-- it was good, but seemed either small or pricey/basic for what we got. $35 entrees should include either rolls or a salad, IMO.
