I had a fantastic experience at The Lunch Box! The breakfast was excellent. Fresh, delicious, and served quickly, making it perfect for a morning stop. Service was super fast, and my meal arrived hot. At first, the waitress seemed a bit abrupt, but after chatting with her, I realized she has a great personality and a unique sense of humor. Don’t judge too quickly, she’s a gem once you get to know her. If you're looking for quality food with a bit of character, The Lunch Box is a must-visit!

It should be called the breakfast box they have two lunch items on the menu and a hole page of breakfast items. The menu that's on their website is not the same menu you get in person

The lady was very pushy about us sitting at the counter, and we had to push back about sitting at a table. She was like, fine, sit over there!!! Menu is small and simple, but you pay extra for everything. The cheese was forgotten on my wife's omelet.. I have a skillet, the egg was runny and not cooked through. The cheese was thick and overpowering. The best part of the meal was the drink and English muffin

Good breakfast horribly rude waitress we almost walked back out but we were hungry. Omlet and pancakes and skillet were good. I would have been tempted to go back but certainly not with that waitress.

I’ve heard nothing but bad feedback on the Lunch Box. I’ve lived in Bellaire for 2 years now, I figured hey why not try it out! I went in, it wasn’t extremely busy, the owner let us to that we had to wait outside for 10 minutes to get a seat. Although there were seats open, she insisted she wanted to clean up more before seating us. I went for a quick walk around the block and upon return the empty seat was gone and her words were “sorry you weren’t outside” I let her know that she was very stern on us making sure we waited 10 minutes. So I came in just after waiting 5 minutes and she filled it with a walk in. Extremely rude and not apologetic at all she tried to then direct us to a busy room that was not clean. Very disappointed and will not be returning. I gave it a shot, they are very disorganized, don’t take names down and the stories of the worst customer service have seemed to come to fruition. If I could give it a 0/5 I would.

Food was decent all around, but the service from Joann was horrendous. She was extremely rude to an older gentleman that was hard of hearing. Joann was also snarky towards me and my father when we came in for lunch. Towards the end of our lunch I had a pickle and some meat from my sandwich left on my plate, without asking if I was done she just took my plate that still had food on it. This felt extremely disrespectful and made me feel like she doesn’t care about her customers. Overall the food was decent, but the customer service from Joann was horrible. I would not recommend going there.
