I placed a Mobile order for over 30$ worth of food. I special ordered two triple cheeseburgers with added bacon and mayo without pickle, paid for extra on each. Instead I got two double cheese burgers.

One of the Worst drive thru experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I had not one but 5 cars be helped In the lane next to me while I was waiting. I had to tell the attendant my code for the app 3X because you could hear the other workers goofing off in the background. Once I finally paid and got to the window they told me to pull forward to spot #3 but gave the 5 cars that they let pass me their food. And now I’m late for a meeting. And the food was cold once I received it.
