We just stayed a week in Bellaire and went to Ruthanne's every morning for coffee and bakery. What a treat! The shop is so welcoming, the employees are so friendly and the pastries are fabulous. Pair that with a great cup of coffee and you have a wonderful start to your day. If you are in the Bellaire area - you should absolutely check them out!

Everyone who works there is sooo friendly and nice! Sadly last time we went here there was a fly where the baked goodies are and then today there was over 20 fruit flies covering the windows and mostly the cupcakes.

Beautiful coffee shop, quaint/cozy atmosphere. The espresso machine really needs to be dialed in. The burnt/bitter shots unfortunately cannot be masked even with milk or a bit of flavor-I got about 1/4 of the way through it before throwing it out. 10/10 cozy factor, 2/10 espresso.

Decided to stop here on a whim and I’m so glad I did! Everything we got was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the frosted cupcake latte which was amazing, as well as the cherry turnover and breakfast sandwich. I got the sandwich with an Asiago bagel and it was so soft it melted in my mouth. The staff was so friendly here and we’ll definitely be back!

If you've never had Ruth Ann's cupcakes.they are out of this world. She also makes great cakes for weddings anniversaries birthdays. We come from the U.P for her cupcakes. :)
