Best ice cream ever! And its so cute inside and outside!

We love ruthies!!! I always get a blue raspberry slushy. My daughter got a banana split and it was huge. Her dad, myself, and her all ate it and we still had some left. The grilled chicken ranch wrap was big proportion and tasted amazing. We also got cheese balls which are made with yellow cheese instead if the white. My daughter as very excited to see that. They can be a bit pricey but my opinion is that big proportion and taste is worth it. Plus they are always super friendly with the customers. Thank you ruthies.

We ordered burger baskets. Burgers were dry and my burger toppings were wrong. Staff not very friendly.

Food was good, the customer service was just not there.

Both my mom and I have been super sick the day after eating ice cream here on Thursday 7/17/25. It was the only thing we did together so without a doubt either foodborne illness or one of the workers was sick. I’ve grown up in Bellaire and have eaten here many times but that was the last time.

Bad mood girls!! Normal ice cream stop but the girls working were in such a bad mood! Yelled at two separate patrons while we were waiting. Kind of rude.

A huge woman was super rude to some teens, while another girl in the cooking area was distracted by her phone. On top of that a girl with a septum piercing was getting treated like crap by the big lady. I found it wild that the girl was doing all the work herself. I genuinely hope the girl with the septum piercing finds a better job, tbh. She deserves better.

My family and I stopped here for ice cream after a day at the beach. Let me start by saying how dirty the place was and how rude the older lady was. She treated the other co workwers terribly. She was barking orders at them in front of the customers. The poor girl who has the septum piercing was treated terribly. I will never go here again. I would rather take my buisness and hard earned money else where.

I hardly will take time to do a review but this place face exceeded our expectations.
