What just happened? I thought I was on Candid Camera! Amber was soooooo rude! I asked for Carmel drizzled on my ice cream cone and was abruptly told “NO” like I was being scolded by my parents.. I asked why not and was told you can only have that if it’s in a cup! Wha what? No smile, no eye contact, just rude! Among other rude answers to my other family members there was zero personality or hospitality even from the other co worker there. Just very unhappy workers! Still can’t believe I was not on Candid Camera! WTH?!?!!

I have never had such a negative experience at an ice cream store! Amber was very rude and has poor social skills. Didn’t make eye contact when answering questions and was short with her responses. Dear Ruthie is probably rolling in her grave because of how this place is being ran now.

My family and I went to get ice cream and have never been treated so rudely as tonight. The young girl "Amber" and lady working were extremely unfriendly, loud and no manners whatsoever. They acted like it was a bother to serve us. Such a shame to end our vacation feeling like we put them out.

The ice cream was mid and the girls working there were extremely rude, unhelpful shrews who have no personal skills. There's a loving shrine dedicated to Ruthie in the lobby, and although I don't know who Ruthie was, she'd probably be disappointed by how this place is being run now.

Great little store up north, they have food and ice cream, what's not to love about that. We only had ice cream and was delicious.

My wife and I came here last night for soft-serve ice cream. The soft serve chocolate was the best we've ever tasted.

Delicious ice cream! Gluten Free options! Very polite service. Huge portions! Didn’t get any food but the Superscoop, Vanilla and Pineapple ice cream were a hit with us. Happy we found this little place on a hot summer day!

Dietary restrictions: My son and I are gluten free, they have options and are aware of the allergen!

Parking: Decent size parking lot specific for the restaurant, parking on street available too.

Kid-friendliness: My five year old son thought the little trinkets for sale were fun and interesting. He loved his vanilla ice cream too!

I'll try and keep it short. The girls working there seemed annoyed that I was even there. It was raining outside and they still made me wait outside while my food was being prepared. It was under a small covered awning with just one table. There were people eating underneath it and I felt super awkward interrupting and hovering over them.

It was $75 for a cheeseburger, BLT, two ribeye sandwiches and fries. The burger and BLT weren't bad. The ribeye sandwiches were just two, thin slices on a huge chibatta bun. The meat tasted old and left us belching it for hours afterwards.

I usually love stopping at small places like this while on vacation. We were greatly disappointed.

Horrible... reeses cups ate not reeses brand ... smelled of spoiled milk..... staff was horribly rude talking about other customers very badly.... trashy place.... should have zero star option

Icecream was good! Service was not. A blonde lady rang me and my family up and was extremely rude. My cousin is hard of hearing and she slammed the cup down when she said his shake was ready and he couldnt hear her. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and storm off. Do better.
