The best food we've had in Bellaire, hands down! Wish we knew it sooner because we'd only eat here all weekend! The pork chops were so divine, and moist. The chicken mushrooms was great too, but pork chop won hands down. The butternut squash soup was so delicious as well. Our 1 year old son ate everything we ate, too, and has never ate so much in his life. We give the chefs kiss to these wonderful dishes! We saw they were closing soon and so devastating! This restaurant would so really well in Traverse City for sure. Just needs a better demographic to help with the funds because the cost is worth the quality and LOVE it's local or sourced from Farms.Hope to see them grow in a new city where they can continue past the busy season!
Great food and cocktails. The waitress/bartender was very nice and helpful.

I was visiting friends for the weekend and my host asked the chef ahead of time to prepare a special meal for me. As a vegetarian with many dietary restrictions, my options when eating out are extremely limited. The chef prepared the most delicious meal I have had in years. What a treat. Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: Ask ahead. They are very accommodating.

Amazing food. By far the best dining experience in the area. Service was great too. We sat outside and while they could upgrade their seating we really enjoyed the experience. So happy we have this gem in Bellaire.
Excellent food and service, with clear gluten free options. Definitely coming back when I'm in Bellaire again!
Dietary restrictions: Well marked on menu.

Husband and I both ordered the small cherry salad and whitefish entree. The salad was very good, as was the crusty warm bread we ordered. And then the entree came…over the top excellent! Delicate whitefish filets (not a bone to be found), loved the potatoes, broccolini, all with a lovely light lemon sauce. The room did get very noisy at times; lucky for us that a long table beside us was empty. Service was prompt and friendly. We would love to return.
I absolutely love this restaurant. Small menu that they change frequently, absolutely amazing with gluten free choices. Fryer is GF, don't have to worry about cross contamination

An elevated food experience in a casual setting. We'll be back to visit Terrain again!Very impressive flavours and expertly prepared dishes. They seem to take the approach of keeping a small menu and doing everything perfect. It has enough variety for a range of people.I ordered the Michigan Whitefish. It was served crispy skin up, it was a lovely presentation so I knew they had a top cooking staff immediately. It was delicious and the crispy square hash browns were unique and wonderful. My partner order the Parsnips Stew. A Vegetarian dish that was very filling and flavorful. The staff was attentive and very friendly. If your a foodie, this casual 5 star restaurant in downtown Belle Air is not to be missed!

The food was scrumptious and thoughtfully curated. They emphasize local and seasonal ingredients which made for uniquely delicious dishes, and I was excited to see all of the local small farms they support!p.s. the cocktails were also great. I had the absinthe minded. It was balanced, rich and potent.
5 star dining all the way! This place is amazing. Everything was perfection - a true culinary experience. Fresh ingredients creatively presented. Service was outstanding.
Delicious and lots of gluten free choices for celiacs. They put my whitefish on top of rectangular logs of hash browns for a lovely presentation.
Absolutely delicious! Our first time here, and definitely a great experience. We will be back!
Extremely small portions and very high prices. Bread is not included and is an extra $3 for just 4 slices. Ambiance is lacking. They have removed items that the previous owner and replaced some of them with fake plants. Wall colors are really drab. Better to go next door to the bar and have a burger and fries. At least it won’t clean out your wallet!
