I just got home with my drive thru order and wondered why my food was so expensive. I looked at my receipt, and noticed I got charged for two items I didn't order or receive. $11 might not be alot of money for most people, but it is for me! It really stinks that there's nothing I can do now that I'm home.??

I love Arby’s and this location was very helpful with a big order that fed our First Robotics team. I called the night before and spoke to the mgr Trish. She took my order and had it ready when I came to pick it up. The staff had it packed nicely and even offered to carry it out to my car. Next time I’m in Belleville I will be eating here. ( bring back potato cakes!)

I'll leave a 5 star review for an Arby's. I've been to this location several times now and the food is always hot and fresh, not stale and cold. The inside is always clean too. This is a good location compared to others. Service is ok but I'd rather have hot food than nicer people and cold food.

Going from a special event, my daughter and I stopped in for a quick order...and I mean a quick order. The staff was very accomplished having our food cooked and bagged in minutes. You can imagine my shock. I love their roast beef, and Jamaica shakes. But on this visit, I tried something new, crinkle fries. They were hot and nicely salted. Crinkle fries might not be the typical or preferred potato order, but I really did enjoy them. A great change of pace. BTW the inside was clean and well maintained.Parking: Plenty of parking, even close to the entry.

So what used to cost a like 4 bucks, used to be my favorite. Is now over 10.00. The Arby's beef and cheddar. Mine was extremely small. The bun was soggy and the curly fries were cold about the only thing in the meal a #1 was the coke. The service was extremely fast. But trying to get out of the parking lot was next to impossible. Skip this Arby's and check out taco bell or something. Tomorrow I will be at the taco bell look for my review.
Arby's always hits the spot, that's my go-to place if I want fresh food,good food, great service,and no disappointment.
