Going here now as a family, my biggest thing is consistency. Applebee's does this! The whole instrustry as a whole need to learn from this restaurant, it's clean, service is good and my favorite dish is the same every time.
Stopped into the Applebee’s in Belleville and had an outstanding experience thanks to John Z. behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He kept drinks flowing, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit.

I come to this Applebees at least 3 times a week, love the service every time I’m there! Managers Jason, Steven, David, love them Cayla, Kaylee, Dai, Hanna, John, Sherry and don’t forget Mark the kitchen manager!! These are the ones that make my experience an enjoyable time every time I come for over 20 years now!! Love my Applebees crew! Sunni love you guys🌞
