Customer service was terrible we asked for french fries, and it was apparently rung up as apples Once we got our food, we realized we had apples instead of french fries, so we went in to ask them to fix the order order, and when I asked politely for an order fix a lady came around the corner and Immediately started defending herself on how she didn’t mess the order up Which she did not the person at the window did , but she still had an attitude that wasn’t necessary. This is my second time having egg shells in my egg mcmuffin. If your employees do not know how to properly crack an egg give them another task. I should not have to come back up to the store and get the issue situated since it shouldnt have become one. Took one bite, it felt crunchy..... spit that out and took another bite to make sure i was not tripping. And this is the second bite folks. Never had a fast food place make my food dangerous for me to consume.
