I give recognition where recognition is due and my biggest pet peeve is bad customer service,!!I've been on both sides and managed businesses in Las Vegas.. If you don't like what you do...Serving PEOPLE!!! Move along to a factory job..
Customer service was terrible we asked for french fries, and it was apparently rung up as apples Once we got our food, we realized we had apples instead of french fries, so we went in to ask them to fix the order order, and when I asked politely for an order fix a lady came around the corner and Immediately started defending herself on how she didn’t mess the order up Which she did not the person at the window did , but she still had an attitude that wasn’t necessary. Then another lady was leaning up against the counter, staring at us, shaking her head, and not saying anything so we just went to leave, then went back in to buy another fry, and that same lady gave us attitude when she was “ helping “us overall was a bad experience.

This is my second time having egg shells in my egg mcmuffin. If your employees do not know how to properly crack an egg give them another task. I should not have to come back up to the store and get the issue situated since it shouldnt have become one. Took one bite, it felt crunchy..... spit that out and took another bite to make sure i was not tripping. And this is the second bite folks. Never had a fast food place make my food dangerous for me to consume.

I stood at the register for 10 mins and the man working just ignored me over and over. So finally I just didn't get anything. Guess if you don't order off the kiosk your not a real person.

Ordered and paid for 2 40 piece nuggets on the app and did curbside pick up. Only received one. When I called, they refused to make them and was very rude. Called the next day and attempted to talk to GM. He had the woman who answered the phone talk for him, said they will review cameras, why, idk and to call back after the weekend. Called back, was told I will not receive a refund or the nuggets I was missing. Reported through the app and that's just as useless. McDonalds steals your money.

We ordered one meal, and the employee tried to give us 2 drinks that we didn't order, then asked what we ordered and we told him, so we assumed the food was wrong and gave it back to him. Then he snapped at us and told us the food was right and we were just confused about the drinks and got yelled at and the window slammed twice. All we said was the drinks were wrong
The place was nasty. All the tables are dirty and full of crumbs and sauce.Terrible.
