Terrible customer service. Paid for two sundaes a turtle and a vanilla the turtle was fine but the vanilla was at half the cup and went inside to have them fill it up to the level of the turtle. But the old female white haired manager spent her time talking through and employee and not only did the manager not talk to me but give dirty looks as I was standing there I received the message "you got what you paid for" by the employee she talked through and it was was the most disrespectful interaction or lack there of I have received from this establishment. Will not return.

Went there to get some food for the family, was charged $37 for it just to get home and have my 8 piece tenders missing. Just 3 cars, so it shouldn’t have been hard. Family is missing their order. Ineptitude turning sour an otherwise perfect night.I don’t recommend this specific Culver’s restaurant. Food is ok flavorwise but the service is just useless.
Love this place. Service is always amazing, food is mouthwatering good and the place is pretty clean. Went to the bathroom once and the toilet was disgusting but can't stop nasty people from doing what they're gonna do.

My husband and I thought we had found our new favorite spot for fresh burgers and fries.. However the quality of the food on our last two visits has been pretty bad!! Our burgers were very pink on the inside- and the bread was dry and tasted old. I brought 3 meals and spent $37 tonight -and much of the food ended up in the trash.. If we are going to pay that kind of money- we'll just go to Five Guys..
