If I pay for 3 espresso shots in a large iced latte I expect to get what I pay for. I can see and taste the difference from a drink that just has the normal amount in it so I don’t understand why you just pass it off to me and expect me not to notice. Is really that hard to read the sticker that you stick to the side of the drinks and get the order right? Do your job correctly. It’s not a difficult thing to do.

What's not to love ..... you can get donuts and gas! They need to bring the price of those Breeze pins down a few notches though. ($18.99) I get them for $12 - $14 normally.

Order a double shot of espresso. The cashier kept my change, and when I asked for my change, he acted as though he was trying to open the register and then started acting like he didn't understand English. If I could give them a zero rating, I would worse place ever!!!

Counter person didn't understand English well. Repeated order several times and it was still wrong (the wrong type of bagel delivered). Also was mischarged (charged for cream cheese when only asked and received butter).

Staff was nice and kind and the breakfast sandwiches were really good.
I needed a treat so I stopped in to pick up some donuts. Their selection is often limited, but yesterday it hit a new low: They only had two kinds of donuts; Old Fashioned and Glazed. Not very appealing.I had to walk out without any donuts; the first time that's happened in many decades of going to Dunkin' Donuts around SE Michigan.

I’m a little gagged at how well this location is being maintained. Staff was understanding, helpful, and courteous. No flies, no bugs, no dirt on the floors; fairly clean. Not bad at all for a Dunkin in MI.
I ordered from this place on door dash, and they messed my order up twice. I let it go the first time, but when my second order came and it was wrong, I called to complain. Someone answered and when I started telling them my issue, I heard the person talking in the background back and forth with someone else, then he hung up on me. I tried calling back and there was no answer. I’m not even the type of person to make a big deal like this to even type up a Google review, but when he hung up on me and didn’t even listen to what I had to say, I figured I’d let everyone know.
