A couple of months ago I ordered 2 Lefty’s Cheesesteaks with added extra cheese, added fresh cut grilled mushrooms, and added spicy cherry peppers. Got home to find no peppers. I was annoyed because I had 2 and that’s an additional $2. I called and they offered for me to come back. Umm yeah I’m not driving 40 minutes round trip just for peppers, can you just refund me $2? No, fine. I get it.
We tried again today. THE SAME order as above. Before leaving I unstapled and checked my bag for peppers, NO PEPPERS. Asked if maybe they were already on the sandwich. Didn’t get an answer - the woman at the counter asked something of the cook in I believe Arabic (I’m also Arab, I don’t look it but I know enough) - surprise! No peppers on the sandwich or on the side so she gave me my peppers and I left. Mind you the sandwiches are wrapped and taped up so I’m not going to undo them right there. So of course when I got home, NO FRESH CUT GRILLED MUSHROOMS.
Goodness it’s plain as day on my receipt (I have photos of the sandwiches and the receipt showing my very CLEAR order. It’s like NOTHING added was even paid attention to. I have no idea if extra cheese was added but I’m going to assume so since it seemed fairly cheesy. It’s just a bit ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location. Two chances is more than enough especially when everything added on is not cheap and I almost walked out with $4-5 of add-ons missing - my total for these 2 was $39.33! Once again, another couple bucks gone just because. Definitely unwrap your sandwiches and check that they’re correct if you’re picking up because in my experience they haven’t been. *sigh*

I have ordered from there three times feeling like maybe I’m missing something. Everything I’ve had is terrible. The cheesesteak I’ve gotten twice is a sopping wet sandwich, not very good at all. Then their onion rings, wings, and corned beef egg rolls. The oils has tastes like it’s weeks old. I will never order from this place again. Idk how they’re still open

You can tell when an owner cares about his products and food, food is excellent and if you are looking for something different try them yoyu will not be disappointed.

go here almost every day! Yousef always makes sure I get exactly what I want—sauces, extras, and all—with amazing service and the best food. Highly recommend!
The young lady who took our order was super sweet and patient which was very much appreciated because of my indecisiveness. This is my first time eating here and the food was amazing, hot and fresh. I will be going back!

Save your money. 32 mins for my order. 6 people after me got there food before me. She tells me they have a new cook and he just makes whatever orders he wants and not in order. My order 1 sub nothing on it but the stake. Thats it.

Lefty’s Belleville never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just right. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even when they’re busy. Definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I’m craving a good meal!

Landed late night and th8s was the closest place I could sit and eat. Not only was the food great, got to meet Joseph amd watch how many customers seemed to be here for him alone. And this is at 12:30 am. He made a great sandwich and, even moreso, made a slow Mondat night light up with his courtesy and genuine engagement. The food is already good, eith prior like Joseph is becomes eliye.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!! I told to my face that my wait time would be 2 minutes which turned into 10+ minutes without an update, horrible customer service experience when they lie right to your face. Will not visit again! If you crave this restaurant their are plenty of better locations such as the one in Romulus MI just off of Merriman rd. Trust me, Bellville location a total waste of time!!!
