We placed an order through their online system during business hours, paid in full, received a text that the food was being prepared, and a confirmation that it was ready for pickup.

After making the trek to pick it up, the restaurant was closed. We were told they “close at 3,” despite their own website listing hours until 8.

The employee told us we’d need to call the company to resolve it, but the order confirmation explicitly says to contact the store location? Can’t seem to get either on the phone? Literally nobody to contact to resolve this issue. They just took our money and left us to figure it out.

Who marked the order as ready? Why is the online ordering system active if no one is there to fulfill orders? If you close at 3, why are your hours wrong on your own website? Why would you allow your ordering system to take orders when you’re closed?

Taking payment and confirming pickup for an order that will never be fulfilled is completely unacceptable. This wasted our time and money.

Wanted to call and place a order but was put on hold so I waited got in my car and started driving the destination. Spent 8 mins on the phone waiting to place my order. Only to get in and see everyone talking and giggling and not really doing any work while I'm still on the hold in front of their face with no line. I showed the woman that I was still on hold and she seen that I was still on hold on her end and apologized but that is unacceptable. Always great food always great service when I sit in but those people on the phone matter too.

Medicore food and they hired me and then proceeded to ignore me and didn't have the nerve to tell me anything. Oh and the training was horrible. No specific directions. Then they got mad.Oh and not a lot of vegetarian food options. Maybe only like a veggie pita and a salad maybe the fries.

We ordered $60 worth of dinner. Didn’t receive some of the food , some of the extra toppings , and what we did receive was wrong or look and tasted like it was old. I called and was placed on a 5 minute hold. I called back and a man went to place me on hold again and I asked not to be placed on hold again since I had already ordered, picked up food and waited. I also asked to speak with a manager. A young lady answer and asked if she could take my order, I explained what happened assuming I was speaking with a manager. Welp, I wasn’t. So the young lady gets the manager and at this point I just want a refund. Now I’ve been put off again and have to wait to speak with the owner tomorrow but it won’t be until after 1pm or 2 pm as he is supposedly the only one that can handle this. I have no problem paying for my food so this isn’t that kind of complaint. The first time this happened to us I didn’t make a comment assuming it was just a mistake. But to happen again, no I don’t want a redo just a refund and I’ll stay away.

Went here for a family lunch. My son got a cup of coffee. The cup was not clean and as he was taking a drink a glob of white stuff came up to the top. It was so gross! Will never eat there again.

Wing people: Try them. We have had them all over town and these are the best by far. So good I didn't even use the sauce. Friend is a wing snob and he said the same.

No one acknowledged me for at least two minutes while there was at least 4 employees there. My order was wrong and they did not have my salmon. Instead of telling me that they just gave me the order. When I came back she said I have to contact Uber eats because they don’t have the salmon. This action from them lacked integrity and I will not be back.
